The founder of the company Mr. Chi-ming Lam was trained as a flavour man by an international Swiss base giant Givaudan to set up its China operations about 18 years ago. He is well recognized and very knowledgeable in the market. After serving the Swiss base giant for almost 8 years, the founder accepted the challenge to build up his own business serving the fast moving and extremely exciting China Market. The company was set up on the second half of 1991 and was based in Hong Kong where the company can be benefited from the well-established infrastructures.

Serving the entire food industry both in China and Hong Kong is the ultimate Goal since the company was set up. Our mission is to bring good to premium quality food ingredients in package to our marketplace with technical supports and reasonable price so as to advance the technology of the entire industry and to develop partnership relationship with our dear customers.

Thanks to the support of our principles and our valuable customers, the business of the company grows rapidly since it was found. We have significant growth since we have an agency agreement with one of the leading flavour houses—Silesia Gerhard Hanke GmbH & Co. Germany in 1992. About 2 years later, a food ingredient manufacturer in Germany -- MGL who is specialized in Milk Protein approached us and concluded with us the agency agreement to represent her interests in our marketplace. Three years later, we co-operated with one of the Giants in US – Grain Processing Corporation to market modified starch and maltodextrin in our marketplace. With the establishment of the China Office in Guangzhou 1995, our company recorded the highest growth that we ever had. Today we are not only working with flavours but also ingredients. Our people are well trained and prepare to accept challenges from the fast changing and exciting market. We are willing to provide “solution” to your specific need.

In order to increase our competitiveness in the market and provide better services to our dear customers, the company has decided to convert its pure importer and exporter status into manfactureg by making flavour dilution as the first step. In the forthcoming years, we will invest to set up our own production facilities and recruit more knowledgeable and competent personals to join our team.
